Gather your ingredients
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Place a sauté pan on your stove top on medium heat
Place your butter in the pan so it melts
Add the bacon, onions and garlic.
Sauté until bacon is crisp and onions are caramelized
Once caramelized, remove from the pan and place in a bowl.
In a different large bowl combine your eggs, cream, milk, chicken stock, salt, pepper and rosemary.
Stir to incorporate thoroughly.
Stir in the onion bacon mixture.
Add the bread to the mixture.
Mix well and let the bread mixture sit to absorb the liquid.
Prep a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the baking dish on top
Butter a baking pan by rubbing some butter around it. Ensure you get every inch.
Add the bread pudding mixture to the baking pan.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until the pudding is set.
Remove the foil and place back into the oven for a few minutes until you get a golden color on top then remove and prepare to serve
Serve alongside your favorite steak, chicken or in our case Roasted Turkey Breast.
