Pineapple Pico De Gallo

- 1 tomato
- 1 cup pineapple (chopped)
- ½ cup green onion
- 2 Puerto Rican yellow Chile peppers
- 1 Jalapeno
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 4 tablespoons of cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoons Cholula
- Garlic salt (to taste)
- Crack pepper (to taste)
Using a sharp knife, cutting board & a bowl. You going to start chopping your ingredients and placing them together in a bowl. (Everyone in the pool. So to speak)
Gather your ingredients
Chop the Tomato in 1” cubes and place them in the bowl
½ cup chopped green onions place them in the bowl
Chop the pineapple in 1” cubes and place in the bowl
Jalapenos seeded, quartered & chopped and then place in the bowl
Finely dice the P.R. yellow chile peppers w/seeds and place in bowl
Chop Cilantro and place in bowl
Add the lime Juice & Cholula
Season with Garlic salt & pepper (to taste)
Mix all together and put in refrigerator for an hour. Enjoy!
