I was first introduced to the Thanksgiving sandwich many years ago at Starbucks. They would offer their version of the Thanksgiving sandwich during the holidays using wheat berry bread, stuffing, turkey, and cranberry sauce. I was then re-introduced to it of all places St Thomas USVI. There is a deli/ breakfast place in French town called Frenchtown Deli and Coffee Shop. Back in 2014 this fantastic sandwich was not on the menu; they only made it on Fridays and you have to ask for the Thanksgiving Sandwich. It’s served on a roll and has turkey, cranberry, cheese, lettuce and tomato. The Pink Papaya wants to introduce you to our version of This Day After Thanksgiving sandwich so you can put your spin on this idea of what to do with your left overs.
