  Our Puerto Rican honeymoon was a dream, and we owe it all to Casa Encanto. Amenities on top of amenities. Everything you could ever need or want on a trip, Lisa and Ryan have thought of. This was truly a “home away from home” vibe. The guest suite itself is stunning. Completely secluded, gorgeous landscaping, clean, decorated in a perfectly modest Caribbean theme, stylish, cozy. I can’t stress this part enough….the FOOD. Everything was like being served in a fine dining Michelin star restaurant, but in the comfort of your own apartment. We have stayed in many different hotels and BnB’s. Casa Encanto was hands down our favorite experience of them all. Lisa and Ryan have found their calling, in hosting others, and it absolutely shows. If you’re like me, and read 5 million reviews before booking somewhere, just stop the search here. You will absolutely not regret it. Wish we could give more than five stars.   Thoughtfulness to a T!It's not often that we feel bad about leaving a 5* review, but this is definitely one of these rare cases, in which the Hosts went so much above and beyond that a mere five stars feels really inadequate and unfair... But that's where the scale ends, unfortunately :-)In short, Lisa and Ryan really were incredible, knowing what we needed before we did, and always able to deliver. We're not sure how they do it, and we don't want to steal their thunder, but we arrived with very high expectations, which were consistently exceeded.   What a wonderful place. Lisa and Ryan are above and beyond hosts. Their place is gorgeous, peacerul and easy to access the attractions of the east coast. Lisa's cooking is delicious and decadent. Highly recommend and will stay again

  Lisa and Ryan were the best hosts we have encountered. If you forgot to pack something, they already thought of it for you and it's already at the house. First off, the location is private and peaceful. Lisa and Ryan were both very reasponsive and helpful in every way. They gave great suggestions...La Selva beach is a must if you have a 4×4. The breakfasts are absolutely delicious! The breakfast burrito was the best I have ever had and you must try the breakfast mofongo! Their attention to detail is what separates this location from very good to great. Trust the 5 star ratings!! We will definitely return.

  Casa Encanto was pure magic from start to finish! We stay at many high-end resorts, but this experience topped them all—it was worth every penny and more. From the moment Ryan picked us up at the cruise dock to being greeted by Lisa with the best coconut mint mojitos ever, every detail was perfection. The property is stunning—private, peaceful, and beautifully designed with its own pool and lush surroundings. Our room was spacious with a kitchen, and the bed was so comfortable I’m buying the pillows and robe! Every detail was thought of, from robes and slippers to snack boxes and parting gifts. The food was better than any five-star resort meal—pro tip: pre-order dinner, it’s the best you’ll ever have, no need to eat in town. Ryan’s private UTV jungle tour and the visit to the cigar farm were unforgettable. Nothing could have been better—this stay will always be one of our most cherished memories.   A stay to remember!! My fiancé and I were blown away by how magical the experience was. Ryan and Lisa made us feel right at home and spoiled us in so many ways, including an AMAZING breakfast. Such a warm welcome and the complimentary sweets/snacks/coffee were such a nice bonus to come home to after a long day of exploring. Not to mention the local artisan shampoo/conditioner our bathroom was equipped with that smelled SO GOOD! We’re so thankful and hope to return soon!

  This place is special. And it's not just the perfectly manicured landscaping and pool. It's not just the velvety porcelain floors caressing your feet. It's not just the biggest TV I've ever seen outside of a sports arena. It's not just the big comfortable couch and bed, fully functional kitchen, cold AC, welcoming decor, etc etc. It's Lisa and Ryan that make this place special and one of a kind. Who woulda thunk you could find a true BnB on Airbnb run by the most amazing hosts who greet you in the driveway with frozen mojitos, serve you the most fantastic and delicious breakfasts, cater to your every need, but also give you all the privacy you could ask for in your own personal tropical paradise. Those breakfasts -- seriously, every morning felt like Christmas waiting with anticipation for them to arrive. And all this at the foot of El Yunque yet still just minutes from Luquillo's vibrant downtown, sandy beaches, and tasty kiosks and restaurants. Best Airbnb in PR and maybe the world!

  100 out of 10 experience and stay. It is a crime that Airbnb does not allow us to give a rating greater than 5 stars. Never in my life have I received such exceptional service and attentiveness from any business. Lisa and Ryan have truly put their heart and soul into providing a true puerto Rican experience alongside thr best breakfast provided each morning. Lisa and Ryan give us a tremendous amount of valuable information and provided a spotless Airbnb home. This Airbnb was HEAVILY undersold and you will not be disappointed when you arrive, you will actually be shocked. I refuse to ever get any other Airbnb in Puerto Rico.   This Airbnb deserves more than 5 stars they go above and beyond with cooking you breakfast, creating you when you come in, giving you a tour, answering any questions or concerns you have. They deserve to be to be best Airbnb in the US. They take care of their property but they also take care of you. They go well above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. They treat you as friends and family not guests. Their hospitality, helpfulness, and attentiveness to details is amazing. They made our honeymoon one to remember, we got spoiled and taken care of. We will be back and can’t wait for the next time we can stay here! We definitely will stay longer next time bc they made it like a second home! Las Picuas Beach - Rio Grande

Playa las Picuas is a calm and cozy beach. Visitors can take a stroll along this beach and revel in the picturesque views of the turquoise blue waters of the ocean and the surrounding mountains. It is common to see leatherback turtles nesting here in secluded areas. It is also easy to spot marine animals like sand dollars and crabs along the shore. This beach is a great place to visit for tourists and locals in the area.

Charco El Hippie

El Charco el Hippe is a natural pool located in the town of Naguabo, in the foothills of the Yunque. It is an extremely large river and has many areas for the enjoyment of its visitors. It has several stones, at different heights, so that its bathers can jump into the pool. The natural pool area is extremely large which makes it perfect for swimming.

Las Paylas

Being a rain forest, there are plenty of rivers that come down from El Yunque. Over many years, the rushing waters have made some of these river rocks into natural playgrounds, complete with pools and water slides. There is a place in Luquillo called Las Paylas (or Las Pailas) were the rocks in this river are really smooth and make for some really fun slides. Type in Las Paylas in google maps and it will take you right there. 5 dollars to park and 1 dollar per person.
