Colossal Crab Salad Recipe

This salad was an honor to prepare as well as eat.  Sometimes you have the pleasure of tasting something very ultimately one of a kind deliciousness. This my friends would be mine. This Crab meat is so opulent and velvety creamy on its own. Once we married it with the dressing it almost made me cry. It was that good. We dressed it in mayonnaise, lemon juice, green onions and tobiko eggs and sea salt and cracked pepper

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz. Container of Colossal Crab
  • ¼ cup of green onions (thinly sliced)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon of tobiko

Instructions
 

  • Gather your ingredients
  • Get a medium size bowl
  • Add in your mayo, lemon juice, green onions, tobiko, Salt and Pepper to taste.
  • Mix until well combined and you have your dressing.
  • Now gently fold in you crab as to not break up the meat too much. Taste, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Now it is time to plate and Enjoy
