Creamy Guacamole
Ingredients
- 3 Haas avocados (diced & save seeds)
- ¼ cup green onions
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayo
- ¼ cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1 lemon (squeezed by hand)
- 3 dashes of Cholula
- Garlic salt (to taste)
- Cracked pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients
- In a large bowl. Combine Avocados (Save the pits), green onions & cilantro.
- Mix together.
- Add sour cream, mayo, lime juice and Cholula.
- Mix together. While mixing, season with garlic salt & cracked pepper (to taste)
- To preserve guacamole, place pits on top.
- Place saran wrap onto of the guacamole. Ensure there is no air gaps between wrap and guacamole. This will prevent oxidation and help to preserve the guacamole. Enjoy!
