Gather your dough ingredients
Fill a measuring cup with 8 FL oz. of 90-degree warm water. (Use a thermometer to read accurately.)
In the same Measuring cup add in your yeast and wait about 5 minutes for your yeast to bloom. (bubbles floating on top.)
Let’s prepare the mixer by adding your dough hook.
Add your flour to your mixing bowl.
Add in your yeast which should have bloomed by now.
Add in your salt, honey, olive oil, jalapenos, and water.
Now knead your dough by turning on your mixer start SLOWLY as you do not want your flour to fly everywhere. Once incorporated then turn your speed up to medium.
Knead your dough for about 5 minutes. (Until it is smooth and elastic.)
Using a large bowl, drizzle a little Olive Oil in the bowl and ensure that there is oil along the entire inside of the bowl.(this will prevent the dough from sticking to the inside of the bowl.)
Place dough in the bowl and cover with oiled saran wrap. This will prevent the dough from sticking to the plastic wrap when it rises.
Now place in a warm spot for 30 minutes. Do not be shocked if your dough doubles in size. That is the idea, It’s called rising.
Let’s preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
Let’s gather our toppings and get them ready while we wait. (back to the dough)
After the dough has risen, let’s prepare our work surface by flouring both the surface and our rolling pin.
Now let’s remove the dough from the bowl onto our work surface.
Punch it down, roll it and divide it into two balls.
Prepare two sheet pans with parchment paper.
Once divided into portions, lightly flour your parchment, and roll out your dough thinly on top of your parchment into a rectangular shape the size of your parchment.
Now brush your marinara sauce on top of your dough.
Sprinkling a little oregano and garlic salt on top. (save the rest for as you go layering)
Now place a thick layer of mozzarella on top of the Marinara.
Place a layer of Pepperoni on top of cheese.
Place a layer of bacon pieces on top of pepperoni.
Place Pineapples pcs. on top as another layer.
Finally place the jalapenos as your last layer.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top
Sprinkle oregano, red chili flakes and garlic powder as final topping.
Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven when ready.
Slice it up and enjoy with an ice-cold beer or
