Turkey Gravy
Looking for the best homemade gravy. Chances are you have already done most of the work if you have made a turkey. This recipe involves using the Turkey drippings of your Turkey. The drippings are already infused with the rich flavors of your turkey marinade which in our case has a very profound flavor profile. It has the garlic, onions and Sazon . It's enriched with the Turkey itself and lastly the Chicken Stock. This gravy will also perfectly compliment the main dish giving you a cohesive and delicious food experience.
- Turkey drippings from Turkey (Could replace with Chicken broth if not making a turkey)
- 1 Tbsp. Of Corn Starch
- Pepper to taster
Instructions: For Turkey Gravy
Gather your ingredients
This gravy is made using the drippings of your roasted turkey that has been placed into a saucepan.
Place your saucepan on the stove on medium heat.
In a measuring cup add 1/4 cup of your turkey drippings leaving the rest in the pan
Add your cornstarch into the measure cup
Whisk well until there are no lumps
Pour into your saucepan and whisk well
Continue to whisk until your gravy is the thick consistency you desire, adding pepper to taste.
Pour into a bowl
You are ready to serve.
