Gather your ingredients
Using a 2 ½ qt. pot. Add in all your ingredients, including the Jalapeno carcass and set to medium heat
Once it comes to a boil, remove from heat, and let steep until completely cooled.
Then remove Jalapeno Carcass.
Now using a colander, Separate your syrup from the diced jalapenos.
After syrup is separated, put it in a storage container or bottle until ready to use.
